Martin "Marty" Scheinberg, 83, passed away after a lengthy illness on Sunday, January 7, 2024.  Beloved husband of Karen (Silver) Scheinberg of 59 years.  Devoted father of David Scheinberg (Julie Beiser) and Jason and Debra Scheinberg.  Beloved Pop Pop of Jordan Reece (Mat), Jamie, Evan, Haley, and Jared Scheinberg.  Devoted brother of Linda Gross (Ed) and Jerald Scheinberg.  Attended City College High School and University of Baltimore.  Marty was co-owner with Karen of Suburban Reporting Service.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at The Chapel of the Garden of Remembrance in Clarksburg, MD followed by graveside burial.  Shiva will follow at the community room at the Wisconsin Condominium Building, 5809 Nicholson Lane, Rockville, MD 20852.  In addition to Wednesday, the family will have Shiva on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday afternoon at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Suburban Hospital Foundation or JSSA.
