Matthew "Matt" Paul Kurtz (age32), originally of Rockville, MD, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Seattle Washington on May 15, 2017. Matt is survived by his parents, Ron and Jackie Kurtz, brother Brian Kurtz, grandparents Charles and Anita Kurtz, and grandmother Romy Jaworski. Also survived by Uncles Mike Mason and Reed Mason, Aunts Cherie Mason and Jan Mason, and cousins Dana, Orlando, Rosie, Eli, Jessie, Connor, Dan and Lexie. Matt was a kind and compassionate soul who loved the outdoors, animals and helping those in need. He was so full of goodness and he left this earth way to soon. He will always be loved and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday May 24, 2017 11am at Kol Shalom Synagogue, 9110 Darnestown Road, Rockville, Maryland 20850.
