On Tuesday, February, 5, 2013 Michael Howard Schwartz, 63, of Rockville, MD passed away in his home. He is the beloved husband of 41 years to Debra J. Schwartz; devoted and loving father of Dr. Brian Schwartz (Dr. Laura Pincus), and Andrea (Daniel) Wald; adored grandfather of Madeline Wald, Hannah and Miles Schwartz; cherished son of Harry and Pauline Schwartz; devoted son in law of Morton and Myra Schloss; dear brother of Susan (Jeffrey) Hoffman, and the late Jerome Schwartz (Ronni Tischler) and dear brother-in-law of Richard (Iris) Schloss and Steven Schloss; Michael is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 8th, 2013 at 12 Noon at Congregation Har Shalom, 11510 Falls Road, Potomac MD 20854. A reception will follow the funeral service at Har Shalom. Interment will be private.
