Neil Jay Newman Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. Beloved husband of Susan Newman; devoted father of Rachel Newman and Becky (Aaron) Leavey; loving grandfather of Leora and Lila Leavey; brother of Margie (Robert) White and Janice Newman; nephew of Greta Caplan. Also survived by many loving friends and relatives. Funeral service will be held at Kol Shalom Congregation, 9110 Darnestown Rd., Rockville, MD on Sunday, September 9, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Judean Memorial Gardens.
