Patricia Lynn Gamble Cassel, 77, of Rockville, Maryland, died peacefully on October 31, 2026.

Born on November 10, 1948, in Indiana, to Juanita and Milton Gamble, Patricia, or Pat, will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandparent, and a generous and kind friend to many.

Patricia is survived by her sister, Pamela, husband, Eugene, her son and daughter-in law, Scott and Allison Cassel, her daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Burton Irvine Jr., her granddaughters, Hannah, Edith and Rosemary Cassel, and Lillian and Sophia Irvine, and her loving cat, Nico.

A service will be held on November 8, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at The Garden of Remembrance in Clarksburg, Maryland, with a memorial held at the clubhouse at Tower Oaks at 3516 Bellflower Ln, Rockville, MD 20852 following the funeral service between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. 

Tribute donations in her honor may be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County.
