On Monday, January 30 2023, Phyllis Rhea Leise, a longtime resident of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away.  Phyllis is survived by her daughter Esther M. Leise and son Fred Leise, and predeceased by her beloved husband David Leise. She is also survived by multiple nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.  Graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023, 12 noon at King David Memorial Gardens, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.
