Phyllis Levy, 82, of Potomac, Maryland, passed on Monday October 23th, 2023.  Beloved mother of Karen Levy (Mitch Rabinowitz), Richard Levy, and adored grandmother of Samuel, Andrew, and Matthew Rabinowitz.

Immediately following the funeral, the family welcomes friends to the residence of Karen Levy and Mitch Rabinowitz (5809 Marengo Rd, Bethesda, MD 20816).

Family will be observing Shiva Wednesday and Thursday with Minyan at 7 pm also at the residence of Karen Levy and Mitch Rabinowitz.
