Obituary
Passed away on December 8, 2023. Devoted mother of Claire Hamilton, and loving sister of Miriam and Robert Martin. Rachel is also survived by Carolyn Sue Hamilton, Gwenn Heller, Scott Heller, and Cary Heller.
The family will be observing Shiva at The Lounge at The Promenade 5225 Pooks Hill Road Apt 128S, Bethesda, MD 20814. The family will receive guests on Monday, December 11 and Tuesday, December 12 at 7:30pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: National Institute of Mental Health Gift Fund, 6001 Executive Boulevard, Room 6229A, MSC 9655, Bethesda, MD 20892-9655.
