We are sad to announce that Rhoda of Bethesda, MD passed away on September 24, 2023 after a long battle with dementia. She is survived by her devoted husband Daniel Ginsburg, her daughters Amy Ginsburg (Garrick Tsui) and Nina Cardwell, her grandchildren Allison Gabala, Austin Gabala (Jaylyn), and Alexis Cardwell Nolin (AJ).  She is predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Esther Kaplan.

Rhoda was a proud franchise owner and enthusiastic instructor of Jacki Sorenson Aerobic Dancing. She played the organ and loved Broadway musicals and Boston Pops concerts.  Rhoda spent years building an impressive array of pig collectibles which brought her much joy.

The family is grateful for the care given by the staff of Arden Courts in Kensington, MD and JSSA Hospice Care.
