Richard Soll of Potomac, MD passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Audrey Tunick Soll and cherished father of Bradley Soll. Richard earned his PhD in Political Science at George Washington University, and was a division manager and principal senior proposal manager for SAIC and Leidos. Graveside service will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023, 2 p.m. at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park in Clarksburg, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's memory to the American Lung Association ( lung.org ).
