On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, Rita L. Yeager of North Bethesda.

Beloved wife of Morris Yeager; devoted mother of Cheryl Yeager, Stuart Yeager, and Michael Yeager; loving sister of the late Arlene Friedman; cherished grandmother of Allison Yeager, Noah Marshall, Hannah Marshall, Jeremy Yeager, Ethan Yeager, and Lydia Yeager; Also survived by her son-in-law David Marshall and daughters-in-law Amy Yeager and Liz Craig.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Washington, DC, she was a lifelong student of literature, fine arts, and dance. She devoted her life to her husband and family, who cherish her memory and hold it as a blessing.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, 1:00pm at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, VA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Schlerosis Society .
