IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert Alan
Boderman
August 21, 1956 – April 25, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the untimely passing of Robert Alan Boderman of Gaithersburg, MD, at the age of 68 on April 25. Known affectionately as Bob by friends and family, he was born in Allentown, PA, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Rider University. At the time of his passing, he was passionately employed at Triumph Staffing.
Bob was the beloved husband of Debbie Boderman and the devoted father of Jayme, Elisabeth, and Samuel. He was predeceased by his loving brother, Dr. Neil Boderman and loving parents, Donald Boderman and Evelyn Polachek. He is also survived by El, Caroline, Charles, and Roberta Boderman, the Zeikowitz and Emmanuelli families, as well as Sadie the family dog. Bob was a loving son, son-in-law, uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, and a cherished friend to many.
A simple man who took great pride in his family, Bob considered his three children his greatest accomplishment. He was their biggest cheerleader. He loved rock 'n' roll- his favorite artists included The Beatles, Pink Floyd, the Eagles, and Snoop Dogg. Bob never missed a Wednesday night episode of Survivor or a Sunday night Eagles football game. Despite life's challenges, he lived by the mantra "take no prisoners" and was a passionate believer in the principles of personal freedom. Bob loved the open road and took his family on summer travels every year. He deeply appreciated America's natural beauty and journeyed across the country no fewer than six times. One of his greatest joys was sharing his love for nature with his family, taking them to many of America's great national parks and forests. He was in the process of planning their next Fourth of July trip to Acadia National Park—his family will take the trip in his memory. We will honor his legacy by continuing this tradition of exploration.
Bob—what's missing is you. Wish You Were Here.
Please help us honor his memory:
