ROBERT MARTIN FRANKEL 16 APRIL 1945 – 03 FEBRUARY 2024 Robert "Bob" Frankel, age 78, beloved husband of Jane Frankel of 39 years, devoted father of Brittany Frankel (Alex Barner), elder brother of Penny Neuman (Dr. Neal Neuman), was known as a true renaissance man in art, literature and music, animal lover, travel enthusiast and citizen of the world. He passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on February 3, 2024, after a lengthy battle with merkel cell carcinoma. He will be missed immensely by his several nieces, nephews, family and friends and his passion for life will continue to be celebrated every day by those who knew him. A private family graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024, 2pm at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, 14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871.
