Robert Freedman of Potomac, MD on June 19. Beloved husband of Suzanne, cherished father of Barry (Jamie) Freedman, Brian (Debbie) Freedman, Brian (Debbie) Freedman, Beth (Lee Berner) Freedman, Jessica Freedman, and Jillian Freedman, adored grandfather of Lauren, Dana, Brandon, Madeline, Noah, Ethan and Dani, devoted brother Allan (Judy) Freedman. He was a founding member of the law firm Silver, Freedman, Taff & Tiernan LLP in Washington, DC where he specialized in banking law and led the firm's banking practice. Funeral services will be Wednesday 12:00pm at Washington Hebrew Congregation 3935 Macomb St NW, Washington, DC with interment to follow at King David Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA. Donations in his memory can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Comprehensive Transplant Center at Johns Hopkins. The family will be sitting Shiva at the late residence until Thursday evening.
