On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, Dr. Ronald M. Starr of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of Shirlee Wolf Starr; devoted father of Bonnie (David) Kramer and Andrew Starr; loving grandfather of Zachary Kramer and Zoe Kramer; cherished brother of Allan Starr and Barbara Starr. A chapel service will be held Monday, November 19, 10:30 AM at Judean Memorial Gardens, 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832. Interment will follow. Family will observe Shiva immediately following services at the home of Bonnie and David Kramer with minyan at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
