It is with great sadness and broken hearts that the family of Rosalind Rosenthal announces her passing on Friday, July 21, 2023, after a long, courageous fight against metastatic breast cancer.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Alfred. Devoted mother of Kevin (Isabel) Rosenthal and Lori (Keith) Mauzy and adored grandmother of Samantha and Gabriella Rosenthal and Kyle, Kristyn and Sean Mauzy and will forever be in their hearts. Roz was born in Washington, DC, on January 13, 1942, to the late Cele and Herman Wallin.

Her joys in life were her children and grandchildren, trips to Ocean City, craft shows and Hallmark movies. She was known for her ever-present smile, devotion to her family and the many friends she made so easily.

There will be no Shiva observance. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice, 1355 Piccard Dr, #100, Rockville, MD 20850, or a charity of your choice. "To live in the hearts of those we leave behind is not to die."
