On June 1, 2016 peacefully passed away after a long and full life, Beloved wife of the late Nathan (Wiggy) Canter and mother of her late son Harold Canter (Susan). She is survived by her daughter Susan (Steven) Zweig, Adored grandmother to Robin (Craig) Lenkin), Jeffrey (Stephanie) Zweig, Aaron Canter, Brian (Marnina) Zweig, Lauren (Howard) Munves. Great grandchildren Noah, Ethan, Claire Lenkin, Jamie, Brooke, Nathan and Jillian Zweig, She is also survived by her brother Maurice Mallinoff (Mary) and many beloved nieces and nephews. Services will be held on June 2, 2016 at B'nai Israel Congregation, Rockville, MD at 10:30am. Burial will follow at King David Cemetery in Falls Church, VA at 12pm. Shiva will be observed on Thursday following the burial and through the evening. Shiva will resume on Sunday. It will be observed at the residence of Susan and Steven Zweig. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
