On Tuesday, January 23, 2018, Ruth Cohen Targoff of Silver Spring, MD passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Cohen and Bill Targoff. Devoted mother of Dennis, Rick and Jeffrey Cohen. Mother-in-law of Brenda, Stacey and Sharon. Cherished grandmother of Lindsey, Hillary, Lauren, Melissa, Amy, Haley, Corey, Mallery and Kyle and great-grandmother of eight. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018, 10 am at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, VA. Family will be receiving friends on Sunday, 12 noon thru 5 pm at the residence of Rick and Stacey Cohen.
