On Sunday, March 23, 2025, Ruth Zaentz, of Bethesda, MD. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Zaentz; devoted mother of Paul Zaentz (Eugenia Melian), Gale Zaentz Greenbaum (Ronald); loving sister of Milt Newman and Chuck Newman; cherished grandmother of Nicole McCormick (Ryan), Adam Zaentz (Molly), Julie Sachs (Matt), Amy Leipzig (Eric); also survived by 7 great grandchildren, Aiden, Chloe, Hudson, Sloane, Ben, Owen, and Eli. She was devoted to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 10am at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park Chapel, 14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871 with entombment to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to American Macular Degeneration Foundation ( macular.org ) or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital ( stjude.org ).
