On Friday, September 2, 2016 of Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved husband of the late Elsie Schattner. Devoted father of Robert Schattner and Merle (Jack) Rosen; loving brother of Dr. Robert I. Schattner. Also survived by grandchildren, Samantha (Zev) Suissa, Ian Schattner, Gregg (Allison) Rosen, Paul Rosen; loving great-grandchildren, Makenna and Ari Rosen, Parker and Harley Suissa. Graveside services will be held at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA on Tuesday, Setpember 6, 2016, 12 p.m. with Shiva immediately following through Wednesday evening at the Somerset House, Chevy Chase, MD.
