On Sunday, March 10, 2019, Samuel Irving Titelman, of Rockville, MD. Samuel was born in 1922, to Philip Titelman and Ida Lavine, in Suffolk, VA. Samuel served in the United States Navy for a number of years as an accountant. After the military, he worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs, in numerous administrative positions. He was predeceased by his brother, Morton Titelman in 2012, and their sister, Rose Eleanor in 2016. A graveside service will be held Monday, March 11th, at 2:30 p.m. at Judean Memorial Gardens, 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
