Seymour Chad of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Perla Chad (Feldmann); devoted father of Steven Chad (Janet), Norman Chad (Toni) and Linda Ludwick (Michael); loving grandfather of Leo, Jennifer and Lisa; and cherished great-grandfather of Addie, Evan and Hadley. Seymour served in the Navy during World War II and devoted his career to public service as a federal employee. He loved sailing, travel, Johnny Carson, racquetball, dogs and Perla's deviled eggs; he hated cable news though he watched it nightly. Services were held privately.
