On December 9, 2021, Sheppard Yarrow of Silver Spring, MD. Capt. Yarrow was commissioned into the U.S. Public Health Service June 1968 at FDA as a computer specialist where he served 11 years; followed by 10.5 years as a payroll and personnel specialist in the Office of the Secretary of DHHS. Beloved husband of 51 years to Sue Yarrow; devoted and loving father of Eric (Jennifer) Yarrow and Roger (Stacy) Yarrow; adored grandfather of Emersyn, Tyler, and Kaiya Yarrow. Brother of Ivan (Linda) Yarrow. Funeral services with military honors will be held privately.
