On Friday, November 15, 2024, Sondra Aida Brody of Bethesda, MD peacefully passed away at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Sol Brody; devoted mother of Robyn Cohen, Glenda (Chuck) Baxley and April Brody; loving sister of Julian Levin; cherished grandmother of Bryan (Lauren) Scherr, Rori (Michael) Brown, Adam (Abigale) Baxley, Andrew Baxley, Kaitlyn Sheapp and Kylie Sheapp; and Great Grandmother of Brody, Jayden, Miles, Peyton, Landon and Violet.

A private funeral service for the immediate family will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024, 1pm, at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, VA.  Following the private service, the family will be receiving guests 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (with Minyan beginning at 7:00 p.m.) in The Wisconsin Condominium Community Room located at 5809 Nicholson Lane (Floor T-1) in North Bethesda.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jewish Social Service Agency Hospice ( jssa.org ), Beth El Congregation ( bethelmc.org ), or a charity of your choice.
