Sonia "Sunny" Raport, of Chevy Chase, Maryland, passed on Thursday, January 4th, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late Milton Raport; Devoted mother of Lori (the late Arnie Horwitz) and the late Abby (Skip) Talcott; loving grandmother of Lissa (Mark) Levin, Devin Horwitz, Marti Horwitz, Corey (Kristen) Talcott and Rachel (Brian) Reed; Caring great-grandmother of Brenner, Jansyn, Danya, Yeshai, Azure, Oliver, Emily, Rayne, Alexis, and Laci.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 8, 2024, 12:30 pm at Washington Hebrew Congregation 3935 Macomb Street NW, Washington DC 20016.  Interment to follow King David Memorial Gardens 2712 Hollywood Rd, Falls Church, Virginia, 22043.  The Family will be observing Shiva on Monday thru Wednesday, 7 pm at the residence of Lissa and Mark Levin.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Makom (Formerly Jewish Group Homes) and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International.  Services entrusted to Sagel Bloomfield Danzansky Goldberg Funeral Care.
