Beloved husband of Bobbye Turshinsky Hertzbach; devoted father of Rebeca (Edward) Blum, Marc and Gregory Hertzbach; cherished Pop-Pop of Moriah, Aryeh, Mitchell and Steven. Services will be held in the Chapel at Judean Memorial Gardens, 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, Maryland on Wednesday January 7, 2026 at 1:00pm.
