On Sunday, December 4, 2016 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Ruth Kaplan; devoted father of Richard Kaplan and Susan (Henry) Rose. Survived by loving grandchildren Amy Rose and Brian (Stacy) Rose, loving great-grandchildren Simon, Gabriel, Jonah, and Lucy. Graveside services to be held Wednesday, December 7, 2016 12:00pm at Garden of Remembrance, Clarksburg, MD. Family will be observing Shiva following the service at the home of Susan Rose. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
