On Wednesday, February 7, 2024, Toby Levinson Kahn of Bethesda, MD.

Beloved wife of Stephen D. Kahn; devoted mother of Robin L. Kahn and David A. Kahn (Alexis); loving sister of Howard M. Levinson (Susan); cherished grandmother of Madison D. Kahn and Charles S. Kahn.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Adas Israel Congregation, 2850 Quebec St NW, Washington, DC. The service will also be live-streamed from the Adas Israel website.

Interment at Judean Memorial Gardens following the funeral service. The family will be sitting Shiva at her late residence. Monday through Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital - Transplant Institute , or Adas Israel Congregation .

Among many firsts, Toby's heroic accomplishments include being the first multi-organ transplant recipient in the DC Metropolitan area, the first to receive a pancreas transplant, and the first to travel halfway across the country for an organ transplant.

Toby was happiest surrounded by family and friends.
