Obituary

Vladimir Vinarsky, 69, died on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at his home in Owings Mills, MD, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Vladimir was the beloved husband of Tanya Vinarsky, devoted father of Victoria and Natasha Vinarsky, and a friend to many. Vladimir is preceded in death by his father, Matvey Vinarsky and mother, Yevgeniya Galios.

Those who encountered him were always met with a joke and quick wit – no waitress or nurse was safe from his humor. He could walk into any room and quickly become the life of the party. Those who worked with him always knew to never miss a single detail as his engineer brain would never let anything go unturned. Vladimir's engineer training was completed at Kiev Polytechnical Institute. He worked as a Foundry Engineer at Baker Manufacturing Company in Evansville, Wisconsin for 25 years. Those who were lucky to call him a friend always knew his loyalty and kindness.

His family always knew his unconditional love and support.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, 14321 Comus Road, Clarksburg, MD 20871.
