On Monday, May 8, 2023, William A. Silver of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Barbara E. Silver; devoted father of Paul (Rochelle) Silver and David (Susan) Silver. Also survived by five loving grandchildren and fifteen cherished great-grandchildren.

Shiva will be observed at the home of Paul and Rochelle Silver Tuesday through Monday morning.
