On May 29, 2025, Wilmer Lewis of Rockville, MD passed away peacefully.

Beloved Husband of Helen M. Lewis; Devoted father of Mark J. Lewis and Wayne L. Lewis; Cherished grandfather of Emma C. Lewis, Samuel Z. Lewis, Solomon Kikuchi, and Hannah Kikuchi. He is also survived by his daughters-in-law Jill W. Lewis and Yoko Kikuchi.

He was a kind, decent, hard-working man who took wonderful care of his family, and who instilled a love of learning in his entire family. His early years were shaped by the Great Depression and service in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, 2:30pm, at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park in Clarksburg, MD.
