Annette Diana Berul

Of Rockville, MD on September 6, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Berul, mother of Charles (Marcie) Berul and Lisa (James) Denburg, brother of Melvin (Bette) Felber, and grandmother of Andrew Berul, Stephen (Sophie) Berul, Jared (Aileen) Berul, Allison Denburg, Jolie (Zach) Golub and grand-dogs.

She was born in Belgium and moved to Washington as a toddler, raised in the DC area. She graduated from George Washington University. Larry and Annette were married in 1960 and lived in New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Potomac, Ocean City, and Boca Raton, FL before returning to Rockville. Annette was a long-time teacher, friend to many, world traveler, dog lover, and always made you smile.

Graveside service on Sunday September 10 at B’nai Israel, Oxon Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Antidefamation League (www.adl.org) or Alzheimer's Foundation (alzfdn.org/donate).
