Lila Mensh of Rockville, MD (age 91) passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Mensh; devoted mother of the late Stuart Mensh, Stephanie Mensh (Paul Berger), Gillian Mensh, Michael Mensh (Linda Roberts), and Stacy Schlactus (David Schlactus). Cherished grandmother “Bubbe” of Ari, Shelby, Daniel and Coby. Loving aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lila was a war bride, leaving Manchester, England to raise her family in Maryland, active in her synagogue community, enjoyed travel and family celebrations. Her gentle kindness left an impression on all. Private graveside services for immediate family on Tuesday, December 8. Family will be observing Shiva virtually Tuesday and Wednesday with B’nai Israel Congregation. Memorial contributions may be made to B’nai Israel Congregation, Rockville, MD.
