Maeir Yechiel Burstyn of Rockville, MD on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Son of his late parents Rabbi Nathan Burstyn and Marilyn Zwerdling Burstyn. Beloved husband of ilene Holly Burstyn (nee Freeman). Devoted brother of Estaire (Avram) Schachter, Dr. Don (Lissa Natkin) and brother-in-law of Michael B. Freeman (Ruth). Dear uncle of Naomi and Nathan Schachter. Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, 2 p.m. at Judean Memorial Gardens, Olney, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to Kol Shalom (kolshalom.com), Chabad Shul of Potomac (Reuven Fund) (chabadpotomac.com), American Cancer Society (cancer.org) or Yad Sarah (friendsofyadsarah.org).
