Peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Montgomery Hospice Casey House;
Marvin was an entrepreneur and innovator in the field of Pharmacy. Marvin was adored by his wife and entire family and had a great sense of humor, a kind strong heart, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Beloved Husband of Marjorie Sue (née Kramer). Devoted father to the late Dr. Michael (Barbara) Freedenberg, Dr. Joel (Vicki) Freedenberg and Susan(Barry) Merenstein. Grandfather of Adam(Kate), Andrew & Josh Freedenberg, Brett (Caroline), Ross and Scott Freedenberg, and Shannon(Cole) Merenstein and Hersh Merenstein.
Funeral services will be held Monday August 18th at 1:30pm at The Chapel at Judean Gardens, 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, MD. Interment to follow at Judean Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers,contributions in his memory can be made to the Montgomery Hospice Casey House at 6001 Muncaster Mill Road Rockville, MD 20855. Shiva will be observed Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the home of Joel and Vicki Freedenberg in Olney, MD
