Max Nusbaum Obituary

On Tuesday, August 11, 2015, MAX NUSBAUM of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Clare S. Nusbaum; devoted father of Mark (Cindy) Nusbaum, Paul (Harriett) Nusbaum; Donna (Bruce) Genderson. He is also survived by his adoring grandchildren, Jennifer Nusbaum, Michael Nusbaum, Brooke Nusbaum, Margo (Jacob Fingert) Genderson, Alana (Daniel McCallum) Genderson and Jamie Genderson; cherished great-grandson, Jack Fingert. He was preceded in death by siblings, Benjamin (Jean), Clement (Anne), Lillian (Isaac), Rose (Eli), Martha (Leon), Ida (Herbert), Reba (Jack) and Hannah (Marvin). Brother-in-law of Melvin and the late Frances Singer. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday, August 14, 10:30 a.m. at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Adelphi, MD. Family will be receiving friends immediately following the service at the home of Donna and Bruce Genderson where they will be observing Shiva Saturday with Minyan at 8 p.m. and Sunday with Minyan at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Har Tzeon-Agudath Achim or the charity of your choice.
