Phyllis Elaine Rand

On April 8, 2021, Phyllis Rand (nee Kaminetzky) of Silver Spring, MD, cherished and devoted mother of Rachelle “Shelley” (Jeff Lowinger) of North Potomac, MD and David (Suzanne) Rand, of Bethesda, MD; beloved grandmother to Matthew Lowinger and Ellie Rand; loving sister to Jerry (Gigi) Kaminetzky of Boca Raton, FL and Lee (Genia) Kaminetzky of Teaneck, NJ; and beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held privately. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to either the Jewish Residents of Leisure World, Montgomery Hospice or American Cancer Society.
