It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Sharon Elaine Waldman of Rockville, Maryland who passed away on August 9, 2025 at home in the care of her loving husband.

Born February 16, 1950 in Washington, D.C. The daughter of Jerald and Sophie Kline. Sharon grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland and was a graduate of Northwood High School and the University of Maryland.

Sharon is survived by her husband Mark, son Jason, daughter in law Leny, grandchildren Sofia and Sebastian, brothers Ronald and Harvey, and many cousins and friends.

Sharon was an elementary school teacher, paraeducator, and active volunteer with seniors through JSSA and the Hebrew Home. In addition to her volunteer work Sharon was a supporter of several animal rescue organizations.

Services will be held at the Garden of Remembrance (14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871) on Monday, August 11th, at 1:30pm. Shiva will be held at the family home on Monday, August 11th and Tuesday, August 12th beginning at 6:30pm with evening minyan.
